Rental Requirements: Charcuterie Bar booked during the Summer months (April - September) must be either inside, or outside with ample shade and fresh airflow. Our containers are temperature controlled however the summer heat poses a challenge for meats and cheese during these peak heat months, the more shade the better for everyone.
